POLICIES
- ✓ We offer a wash service but you can wash your hair at least 48 hours before your appointment (we will not install on dirty or greasy hair)
- ✓ For units that have not been customized kindly send in the hair at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- ✓ We will not be liable for the integrity of hair not purchased from heraluxuryhair in cases of coloring and customization.
- ✓ A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- ✓ For appointment cancellation 20% of the deposit will be deducted before refund
- ✓ We accept lace that has been previously installed,HOWEVER, the hair MUST be clean and the lace not damaged. (We offer laundry services to clean wigs before install)
- ✓ The outcome of your install depends heavily on your lace; good lace good install.
- ✓ Service prices are fixed and discounts will only apply during sales/promotion.
- ✓ tore vouchers have a validity of 3 months after which a reactivation fee of 5,000 must be paid to reactivate.
